How to Use JAMB CAPS Admission Transfer Approval Portal 2020/2021 to Gain Admission

JAMB CAPS Admission Transfer Approval Portal 2020/2021 is available online. It came to our notice that some candidates have been offered admission but are not aware because the admission is showing in their JAMB ADMISSION TRANSFER APPROVAL PAGE. This article will answer all your questions regarding the JAMB CAPS Admission Transfer Approval Portal 2020/2021, how to transfer to another Course/Department/Faculty using JAMB CAPS etc.

What is JAMB CAPS Admission Transfer Approval Portal?

The JAMB CAPS Transfer Approval Page is one of the new features of the JAMB CAPS as stated earlier. On the Transfer approval page, candidates are notified of the intention of their school of choice to transfer them from the course they initially applied to study to another course. The candidates now have the right to either accept or reject the transfer.

Many candidates seeking admission do not know about the JAMB CAPS Transfer Approval Page. This is one of the reasons many are either yet to gain admission or have lost their admission.

After accepting the course transfer, you will have to proceed to apply for JAMB change of course here so that the new course will reflect on your admission letter. If not, you may not be able to print your Admission letter of course while waiting.

How To Check Your Transfer Approval Page on JAMB CAPS

  • Go to jamb.org.ng/efacility
  • Login to your JAMB CAPS Portal using username and password (the exact one created during JAMB reg)
  • Once you are logged in, below “My O’level”, you will see TRANSFER APPROVAL”, click on it.
  • For candidates who have not been transferred to another course they will see  “No program transfer consideration”
  • But if your school wants to transfer you to another course, you will see the name of your school, the course, the date it was created and other details. At the point, you can now either accept or reject the transfer.

How to Enter Nigerian Stock Exchange Essay Competition.

Rules​:

  • The Competition is open to only students in Senior Secondary Schools
  • Entries must be written in English and be the original work of the writer
  • Entrant must submit an essay on the  entry form and complete all the mandatory fields
  • The maximum word-counts are 1000 words
  • Entries will be disqualified if they fail to meet these requirements

Nigerian Army University, Biu (NAUB) has commenced sales of application forms for admission into its remedial programmes for the 2019/2020 academic session. This post update contains the requirements and how to successfully apply for NAUB Remedial Admission Form 2019/2020 below.

Nigerian Army University Biu (NAUB) Remedial programmes admission form for the 2019/2020 academic session is out. This is to notify the entire public, that applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Nigerian Army University, Biu (NAUB) one-year Remedial Arts and Science programmes for the 2019/2020 academic session.

NAUB Remedial Admission Requirements

If you are interested in gaining admission into the NAUB Remedial programmes, candidates must have obtained at least five (5) credits in O’levels (WAEC/ NECO / NABTEB or its equivalents) including Mathematics and English in not more than (2) sittings.

How to Apply for Nigerian Army University Remedial Admission Form

  • Go to NAUB official website- www.naub.edu.ng
  • Click on APPLY FOR REMEDIAL.
  • Create a User Account (New users only; if you already have an account, proceed to login).
  • Select your programme type
  • Select your first and second choices of 3 subject combination each.
  • Click “Pay Now” button to make your payment of N5000
  • Select your ATM Card type (e.g Master, Visa or Verve Card) (Select Nigerian Card Only) and click “Make Payment”.
  • Only candidates whose payment has been successful will be redirected to fill the form.
  • Click on “CONTINUE FILLING FORM”
  • Scan and upload original copies of your O’level Credentials: recent passport photograph.
  • Make sure to submit your application when completed.

PLEASE NOTE- You cannot edit your application after submission.

How do I log in to my JAMB Portal?

Follow the steps listed below to successfully log in to your JAMB Portal.

  1. Go to JAMB CAPS login portal www.jamb.org.ng or jamb online portal
  2. Click on “Click here to login to eFacilty.
  3. It will redirect you to www.jamb.org.ng/efacilty/login
  4. Enter the email address and password you used to register for JAMB in the provided spaces
  5. Click on login after putting your correct login details. You will be taken to your JAMB e-facility profile dashboard as displayed below

How do I recover my JAMB email and password?

Follow the steps below to recover your JAMB Portal password and email.

  • Go to JAMB eFacility forgot password recovery page here.
  • Enter the email address and the date of birth you filled in during registration

  • Click on “Get password reset link“.
  • Login to your email account and click on click on the reset link (you can also check your spam mails, if it doesn’t show in your inbox).
  • The reset link will redirect you to the JAMB portal and ask you to choose a new password.
  • Proceed and login to your JAMB Portal using the password you newly created.

Please Note: After completing the steps above, you might receive a message saying “We are sorry, the page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or had processing error or is temporarily unavailable”. Don’t panic. Proceed and check your email inbox for the password reset link.

How can I resolve invalid details email error on JAMB Portal?

When this kind of message “invalid details” appears on your screen when you want to log in to your JAMB Portal as displayed below, do not panic.

It could be that an error was made during the JAMB registration process.

All you have to do is to look for your JAMB Photocard that contains the email address used.

From experience, we noticed that some candidates had errors such as

  • Email address missing a letter
  • Email address containing a number etc

When such errors are noticed you can do any of the following

  1. Create an exact email with the one on your JAMB print out
  2. If the email already exist, you may want to send a mail to the original owner of the email address. Many would be willing to help.
  3. Visit any of the JAMB approved CBT centres nationwide (preferably the one you registered).

How can I check my JAMB CAPS Portal?

For Computer

  1. Go to http://www.jamb.org.ng/efacility/.
  2. Input your Email Address and Password and login.
  3. Click on ‘Check 2019 UTME/DE Admission Status on CAPS‘.
  4. Select ‘Admission Status‘ on the left panel.
  5. Click on the ‘Search‘ button in front of your JAMB Registration Number to load your profile.
  6. You can now accept your admission offer under ‘Admission Profile’.

For Mobile

If you want to access the JAMB CAPS portal with a mobile device, we recommend you use google chrome browser and open the desktop browser view.

  1. Go to http://www.jamb.org.ng/efacility/
  2. Login with your registered Email and Password.
  3. Click on ‘Check 2019 UTME/DE Admission Status on CAPS‘
  4. You can continue to accept the admission using the process for computer above.

NECO GCE Registration Form Portal

The National Examination Council (NECO) announced the commencement of the sales of application form for the 2020 Senior School Certificate Examination for External Candidates.

NECO GCE General Information

  1. The Registration fee, once paid, is not refundable.
  2. The use of reputable cyber cafes is highly recommended as the Council will not be liable for registration errors committed by candidates. (A list of suggested cyber cafes nationwide where candidates can log on to register are available on the NECO website – Internet Service Operators – or are physically on display at our State offices nationwide.)
  3. Candidates should carefully follow the instructions on the on-line scratch card before registration.
  4. Candidates should study the Regulations and Syllabuses before registration.
  5. Candidates should note that their uploaded image/photograph during the registration will be embossed on their certificates.
  6. Smoking, cellular phones and other electronic communication devices are not allowed in the examination hall.
  7. Candidates should dress in mufti and no one will be allowed entry into the examination hall with arms.
  8. Multiple entries are not allowed. Candidates who register more than once will have their entire results cancelled.
  9. Candidates who damage or lose their scratch cards before registration will have to purchase another card.
  10. Please note that No candidate shall be allowed into an examination hall once an examination commences.

How to Apply for NECO GCE Form

The NECO SSCE External Registration fee is: Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Naira (N9,850) Only.

Stamp Duty: N50.00.

All payments should be made into NECO Treasury Single Account (TSA) SSCE (E) NECO portal.

Candidates sitting for Mathematics and Physics are required to purchase Four Figure Table.

  • Create an Account: Create an account by visiting https://ssceexternal.neco.gov.ng/ and clicking the Register Here Link.
  • Activate Your Account: An activation email will be sent to you. Follow the instructions contained in the email to activate your account. Sometimes the email might end up in your spam folder.
  • Login: Visit ssceexternal.neco.gov.ng Use your registered email and password to login
  • Make Payment: Once logged in, you can make payment for SSCE external examination. your payment is successful you will be issued exam and / or four figure table token(s)
  • Locate a Registration Point: To register, you have to visit any one of the approved cybercafes operators registration points. Visit https://operator.neco.gov.ng/ to help you locate one near you.
  • Register Offline: Register by providing your information including pictures, fingerprints and subjects you wish to sit for.
  • Print Your Photo-Card: Provide your token to upload your data, Once the system verifies your token, you will be issued a photo-card with your registration number and details.

NOTE: In order to upload candidates data to the NECO portal online and obtain examination numbers, a candidate must be registered and either have an online account or have it created for him/her by a cyber café Log in to the created account and purchase registration token (s) (scratch cards are no longer used for SSCE External registration).

SSCE External Registration Token

The Registration Token is used by candidates to register for the SSCE External Exam, either by themselves or through a Registration Point. Now, before a candidate can sit for the SSCE External Exam, they need to Purchase a Registration Token, a candidate can purchase his/her Registration Token from their accounts or go to the nearest Registration Point.

  1. Candidates should confirm the specific venues for Oral French, Arabic and Stenography I & IV from NECO State Office where they are sitting for the examination.
  2. Candidates should come along with their Computer/Laptops for Stenography Paper I &IV to the specified venue.
  3. The Nigerian languages i.c. Hausa. Igbo and Yoruba include the Literature aspect.
  4. BLIND CANDIDATES are to sit for the examination in their respective NECO State Offices and make use of the supplied Braille Sheets.
  5. The ALBINOS AND BLIND CANDIDATES are to be given 30 minutes extra time across all papers.

National Examinations Council (NECO) board has just released the meaning of CA3 and how to solve the No CA3 issues encountered by candidates trying to check their 2019 NECO results.

What does NECO CA 3 Mean?

NECO CA3 simply means Continuous Assessment for Students of 3.

What is the meaning of No CA 3?

No CA3 means your school did not upload Students Continuous Assessment 3 on NECO database and by such the result of such candidate will not be released.

How can I solve no CA3 error in NECO Result?

If you saw the no CA 3 message when you tried checking your 2019 NECO result, follow the easy steps below to resolve it.

  • Go to the office where candidates wrote the exam
  • Pay Twenty Thousand Naira for late submission (all payments must be made into NECO TSA ACCOUNT).

How to Make payment for Late CA 3 Submission

Use these steps to make payment for late CA 3:

  1. Log into your SSCE internal account with your username and password.
  2. From your dashboard, you can either click on the Make Payment button or use the Payment button located on the side menu to begin purchase.
  3.  Select CA 3 option and click on the Submit button.
  4. You’ll be redirected to the Remitta web page to complete your purchase.
  5. Once your purchase is completed, you’ll be able to upload your CA 3.
  6. Launch the offline application and enter each Candidates CA 3 that was not uploaded previously.

Please Note- Students can not do this by their-selves, it must be done by the school they registered for NECO exam.

https://www.neco.gov.ng/fees-payments/ is required before any candidate will be allowed to check their results.

This is to notify the general public that the Nigerian Defence Academy Kaduna has published the names of successful applicants.

Requirements for NDA 71 RCC 2019/2020

Selected candidates MUST come along with the ORIGINAL copies of their credentials which include First School Leaving, Primary School Testimonial, Original NECO/WAEC, NAPTEB, NABAIS, Senior Secondary Testimonial, Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age and Letter of State of Origin.

  • Any candidate who fails to present originals of the stated documents will not be accepted into the Academy.
  • Every selected candidate must come along with Branded Laptop Computer minimum of core i3, 4GB of RAM, 500 GB HDD, 2.1GHz Processor
  • Selected candidate must come with Bank Verification Number (BVN)

In addition, successful candidates are to come along with the following items:

  • Two pairs of black trousers
  • One lounge suite (dark color).
  • Two belts (preferably black).
  • One pair of black cover shoes.
  • One pair of white canvas shoes.
  • Four pairs of white socks.
  • One black rubber-strapped digital quartz wristwatch.
  • Black polish, brushes, shaving kit and toiletries.
  • Two white bed sheets and pillow cases for 8 spring bed.
  • Black swimming trunk/shirt.
  • Individual Barbing Clipper clearly labelled with name
  • Two Black civil belts
  • Two pairs of white shorts.
  • One pair of white trousers.
  • One Spike Shoes/Foot ball boot
  • Hockey stick
  • Two pairs of blue shorts and white round neck vest.
  • Two white shirts (long sleeves).

  • Go to the JAMB CBT Centre you registered

  • The CBT operator will launch the JAMB software.
  • He/She will click on UTME Registration or De Registration menu
  • Select Upload O’level Results.
  • Type in your UTME profile Code and click on Fetch Candidate Detail.
  • Enter and Upload your scan o’level result into JAMB website

Please Note. There is no thumb printing in uploading of your o’level result on Jamb Portal.
