Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) invites applications from interested and qualified Primary school pupils for its 2021 / 2022 Post Primary Scholarship Award.

Objective

  • The Scheme seeks to support high performing Basic Five and Six pupils through secondary school education.

Criteria for Award – Merit
Prospective beneficiary must:

  • Be an indigene of NLNG host communities.
  • Be a basic 5 or 6 pupil and must provide his / her Basic 5 or 6 result.
  • Provide an attestation letter signed & stamped by the Head Teacher of his / her school (contact telephone number of the Head Teacher must be stated in the letter)
  • Provide an indigene confirmation letter signed by the CDC Chairman or Chief in his / her community.
  • Provide letter of identification from his/her Local Government Council.
  • Provide a passport-sized photograph
  • Not be a child or ward of staff of Nigeria LNG Limited.

Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) hereby invites applications from first-year undergraduates in Nigerian Universities for its 2020 / 21 Undergraduate Scholarship Award.

Criteria for Award
Prospective beneficiary must:

  • Have excellent / very good West Africa School Certificate (WASC) or National Examination Council result at ONE sitting i.e. a minimum of
  • 5 credits including Mathematics and English
  • Have a score of 200 and above at the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
  • Be a certified Full-Time Year-One student of any Nigerian University at the time of application
  • Have at least 3.5 CGPA at his / her Year-One first semester (2019 / 2020 session) examinations
  • Not be a beneficiary of any other Scholarship Award / Scheme from any other company, organization or agency
  • Not be a spouse or child of a staff of Nigeria LNG Limited.

    • WASC, SSCE or NECO result
    • UTME result
    • Official signed and stamped Year-One first-semester result (2019 / 2020 session)

UBEC FTS CBT Exam Requirements, Date and Venue- This is to notify the Federal Teachers Scheme Shortlisted Applicants about the UBEC FTS Computer based Test (CBT). This article contains the requirements, past questions and date for the CBT Test released by SUBEB.

UBEC FTS CBT Test

The new date of the UBEC FTS Recruitment CBT Test will be communicated to each shortlisted applicants through text message.

Shortlisted candidates are to come to the CBT Test centres one hour earlier than the slated time for accreditation

You are to come to the CBT centre with the following materials:

  • Original top: of the printed application form
  • Original credentials and photocopies for submission

National Identification Number, NIN is very important especially when registering for any Federal Government empowerment program or recruitment.

What is NIN?

NIN stands for National Identification Number. It is a unique number assigned to Nigerian that registered for National ID Card. In this post, we will guide you on how to use USSD code to check your NIN with your mobile phone.

The plastic National ID Card itself takes a lot of time (in some cases many years) to be ready for collection after registration, NIN has become a recognized means of validation for Nigerians who are 18 years and above.

How to check NIN with USSD on Phone

So, if you have registered for National ID with NIMC (National Identity Management Commission), you can dial *346# on your mobile phone to check your NIN.

Once you dial the code, your NIN will be automatically processed and displayed on your mobile phone screen.

Note the following-

  • You can dial the short code on any mobile phone (even Nokia torchlight).
  • This attract a service charge of twenty Naira (N20). So, for this to work you must have Airtime credit on your SIM
  • The SIM card on the phone should be the same number used for National ID Card registration.

Qualification and Requirements for EdoStar Recruitment

The program is open to two types of candidates. Those with and without teaching credentials. Those who have not achieved their teaching qualification will be required to obtain their PGDE or PDE through the Edo State College of Education (Abudu Campus) during the first two years of the program.
The purpose of the training is to hire teachers to teach solely in their communities.

Important Documents for INEC recruitment

Before you register on the INEC recruitment portal, ensure you have the following ready;

  • A functional email address.
  • A functioning mobile phone number.
  • A personal bank account number.
  • A recent, white background Passport Photograph not larger than 50kb.
  • Contact details of two referees such as email address and phone number.
  • A valid Staff ID No./Student ID No (as displayed on your ID Card)
  • An NYSC Callup Number for former corps members (2018-2019).
  • NYSC Callup Number for current corps members, 2020.

How to Apply for INEC Adhoc Staff Recruitment

If you are yet to create an account or register on the INEC recruitment platform, then follow the steps outlined below:

1. Review the requirements for the available positions.

You are expected to go through the requirements for all available Election staff positions to determine your Eligibility

2. Click on “Register” and follow the instructions.
3. Create your Password

After creating your password, you are automatically logged into the portal and presented with an application form

4. Fill the Application form.

Please NOTE: This form is segmented into three (3) sections; (i) Personal Information, (ii) Contact Information and (iii) Bank Details. Ensure you fill in your details correctly. You will not be allowed to edit details once the form is submitted.

5. Upload your passport photograph.

You are required to upload a recent plain background passport photograph of size not larger than 50KB

6. Fill in the details of your referees
7. Check the Attestation box

The information provided, will be validated from your institutions/organization/referees

8. Submit the application
9. Print your acknowledgement slip.

This is mandatory as you will need this for the final verification.

All submissions are FINAL. Kindly ensure you review your information thoroughly before you click the submit button.
