List of Shortlisted Candidates for the Nigerian Army Short Service Combatant CSC 47/2021 and Direct Short Service Commission Recruitment is out.

Check for your name on the List here.

Nigerian Army SSC and DSSC Pre-Selection Exam is scheduled to take place on the 14th of November, 2020.

Candidates are to note the following:

  • The 36 State Centres and the FCT Selected during the Application process have been grouped into 15 Zonal centres. Each Shortlisted Candidate was been assigned a new Zonal centres as clearly State against their names.
  • All Shortlisted Candidates are to note that they will not be alli to write examination in any centre other than the allocated zonal centres.
  • Shortlisted Candidates are expected to be at the examination venue for verification at the time indicated against their names.
  • Shortlisted Candidates are to take note of the allotted examination and seat numbers against their names.
  • The Examination number will be used to log into the examination platform.

BASIC QUALIFICATION

  1. Applicants must be a Nigerian citizen by birth and possess a National Identity Cards.
  2. Applicants must be medically, physically and psychologically fit.
  3. Applicants must be free of any criminal conviction by the court of law.
  4. All applicants must possess at a minimum of 4 passes in not more than 2 sittings in WASSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB at O Level including English Language
  5. In addition to the above qualification, those applying as tradesmen /women must also possess Test/City Guild Certificate.
  6. Knowledge of additional Nigerian language other than mother tongue is an added advantage.

ALL DOCUMENTS WILL BE VERIFIED FROM THE APPROPRIATE ISSUING AUTHORITY. ALL THOSE WITH FAKE DOCUMENTS WILL BE HANDED OVER TO THE NIGERIAN POLICE FOR PROSECUTION.

NOTICE

  1. Candidates are to note that there will be no Pre-Selection Computer Based Test.
  2. No special centre for recruitment.
  3. There will be no Zonal Screening Exercise.
  4. All screening of potential recruits will be conducted at the candidate’s respective state of origin.
  5. Candidates are advised to come with their BVN printout.
  6. Names of shortlisted candidates for screening would be released publicly.
  7. Shortlisted candidates are to report to their respective state of origin for the screening exercise on 23 November – 6 December 2020.
  8. Successful candidates would be transported to Depot NA for documentation and trainman from 7 December 2020.

Nigerian Army DSSC Recruitment 2020/2021 Form

Applications are invited from eligible Nigerians for commission into the Nigerian Army (NA) as Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) officers. The DSSC is open to both civilians and serving military personnel. Only serving military personnel sponsored by any of the Services of the Nigerian Armed Forces to civil institutions shall be considered.

How to Apply for 2020 Nigerian Army DSSC Recruitment

  • Log on to www.nigerianarmyms.ng
  • Create an account.
  • From the home page, select Nigerian Army DSSC application.
  • Read the Nigerian Army DSSC requirements here
  • On successful registration, you will receive an email notification containing your login details.
  • Click on ‘Login’ to complete the application form.
  • Ensure all required documents listed below are uploaded:

– Passport photograph.

– Educational certificates.

– Evidence of membership of any professional body.

– Certificate of state of origin.

– Birth certificate or age declaration.

  • PRINT OUT– Applicants must print out their online generated photo-slip on completion of their application. The first page is to be signed by the Registrar of Court of Law while the second page is to be signed by the applicants’ Local Government Chairman/Secretary or any military officer of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent and above who hails from his/her state.

Successful applicants would be required to present their printed photo-slips to the selection board during interview.

Brigadier General Gabriel Ochigbano, Acting Military Secretary (Army), announced the commencement of the Nigerian Army DSSC 2019 recruitment process.
