This modernized approach aims to equip today’s youth with not only practical skills but also entrepreneurial acumen and essential networking opportunities, paving the way for self-employment and business ownership.
Achievements of the Pilot Phase:
The program’s initial phase witnessed the successful training of 5,000 youths across diverse skills, accompanied by a substantial 2-billion-naira startup grant. Complementing these efforts, the Anambra State Small Business Agency (ASBA) has allocated working capital funds to facilitate the scaling up of these ventures.

With plans to expand its reach to 10,000 youths across 56 different skills, the One-Youth-Two Skills program emphasizes a holistic curriculum developed in collaboration with the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Business School. This curriculum covers managerial, administrative, sales, marketing, and soft skills, nurturing well-rounded entrepreneurs.
