Public Health Specialist (Senior Immunization Specialist) Recruitment

Location: Abuja
Series/Grade: LE – 0550 11
Promotion Potential: LE-11
Hiring Agency: Embassy Abuja
Appointment Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Full-time – 40 hours per week
Security Clearance Required: Public Trust – Background Investigation
Appointment Type Details: Indefinite subject to successful completion of probationary period

Qualifications and Requirements

EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of mid- to senior-level public health experience in the public health programs: planning, training, management and development of epidemiological surveillance and/or large scale surveys, immunization with emphasis on disease eradication and control; and an additional one (1) year experience at the managerial level is required.

Education Requirements

Medical Degree (MBBS/BMBch) or Masters Degree in public health, epidemiology, demography is required.
