Police Commission shortlists candidates for aptitude test 2020/2021

The commission has announced that 80,724 candidates have been shortlisted nationwide for the PSC recruitment aptitude test into the Constable cadre of Police.

Ikechukwu Ani, the Head of Press and Public Relations in the commission, in Abuja said the aptitude test will hold soon.

NPF (PSC) 2020 Constable Recruitment Screening Shortlist- Check your name psc.org.ng

Nigerian Police Force, Police Service Commission recruitment for constable successful shortlisted candidates for screening has been released. The commission received 315,032 applications and are screening less than that.

The Police Service Commission (PSC) has announced that the screening of 210,150 shortlisted candidates for recruitment into the constable cadre of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) will commence from July 1, 2019.

Out of the 210,150 shortlisted for screening, 182,926 are males while 27,224 are females.

2020 NPF Constable Recruitment Screening Shortlist

Carefully read the information contained below, as it is important for you if you really want to make it to the Final Constable Shortlist. Please be informed that only about 10,000 persons will be finally shortlisted.

  • The Screening Exercise will commence on Monday 1st July, 2019 and ends on Saturday 20th July, 2019
  • Any Shortlisted Candidate that fail to show up for screening in between the aforementioned period will be Automatically Disqualified
  • Shortlisted Candidates are advised to check their email (submitted during registration) for further details on the screening procedures.

How to check 2020 NPF (PSC) Screening Shortlist

How to check the list is not a problem as the processes involved has been simplified, successful applicants have been contacted via their email addresses used during the registration process, with information containing the venue, date and requirements for the screening.

Niger State had the highest number of shortlisted applicants, with 12,247 invited for screening while Lagos had the lowest with 1,305 invited for the screening.

Kano State had the second highest candidates with 11,717  invited for the NPF screening, the state is quickly followed by Katsina with  11,651.

Benue has 10, 567,  Adamawa has 10,361 and Bauchi 10,232 candidates invited for the screening.

With just 1,414, Bayelsa State is the second lowest after Lagos, followed by Anambra  State with 1,415.

Ebonyi State has 1,679 and Abia State has 1,880 invited for the 2019 NPF screening.
