Stellenbosch University DAAD In-Region Scholarship 2023/2024
The DAAD In-Region Scholarship Program aims at fostering strong, internationally oriented higher education systems in Sub-Saharan Africa with the capacity to contribute to sustainable development. To this end, scholarships are granted for development-related Master studies for individuals who plan to pursue a career in teaching and/or research at a higher education institution in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The target group for scholarships are graduates and postgraduates from Sub-Saharan Africa (excluding South Africa) who want to participate in a MSc study program at the Division of Molecular Biology and Human Genetics.

Requirements for Stellenbosch University Masters Scholarship
Below are the requirements for the Stellenbosch University Masters Scholarship program.
- Applicants must be Sub-Saharan Africans (excluding South Africa) who want to participate in a study program (MSc studies) at the Division of Molecular Biology and Human Genetics.
- Applicants must have high school certificates with a good academic record.
- Applicants must be proficient in English Language
