SSP Scholarship 2023, which is fully funded and sponsored by the Government of Karnataka, is presently accepting applications from all eligible students.
Due to financial constraints, there are numerous students who are unable to continue their education. To assist such students, the Government of Karnataka has initiated the State Scholarship Portal (SSP) scheme.
This program provides various scholarships to eligible and capable students in Karnataka. The application process through this portal is simple and open to all eligible categories of students.
The SSP Scholarship Portal has various welfare departments that cater to different categories of students.
The portal offers two types of scholarships, namely pre-matric and post-matric scholarships.
The pre-matric scholarship is intended for students studying in grades 1 to 10, while the post-matric scholarship is aimed at students who have cleared their class 10 exams and wish to pursue higher education.

It is important to note that only Karnataka students are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Students can apply for the SSP pre-Matric Scholarship scheme by visiting the official website and registering themselves.
Upon successful registration, students will receive the scholarship amount via direct benefit transfer.
The SSP Karnataka post-matric scholarship is designed for students pursuing education beyond class 10. This scholarship is available to aspirants belonging to categories such as OBC, SC, ST, and others.
The government has introduced this scholarship to offer various schemes to students and enable them to continue their education.
