Role Overview

As a Nexford Admission Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in our learners’ journey. From ensuring a seamless application process to guiding enrolled learners through their academic endeavors, your impact will be substantial. Reporting to the Manager, Admissions & Registrar, you will uphold Nexford’s values, fostering an environment that encourages learner success.

Key Responsibilities

Your role involves resolving admission-related concerns, managing learner records, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a smooth application experience. You’ll also engage in outreach campaigns, support virtual sessions, and contribute to research aimed at improving our admission processes.

Skills and Qualifications

We’re seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, or a related field, coupled with at least 2 years of proven experience in admissions, data management, and customer service. Your organizational skills, effective communication, and awareness of diverse populations will make you an ideal fit.
