The company is excited to invite applications from ambitious, motivated, and qualified young individuals in Nigeria who possess strong character and a hunger for learning. This program offers a fantastic opportunity to undergo an intensive 18-month training on Technical Skills Development at our esteemed Technical Training Centers.

Requirements for Application

Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:

A. Possess a minimum of a Lower Credit in Ordinary National Diploma (OND) issued by a Nigerian Polytechnic. OND should have been obtained not earlier than 2019, and the candidate should have a background in any of the following fields (or related disciplines):

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical / Installation & Maintenance Engineering
• Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics)
• Industrial Measurement and Control/Instruments Mechanics Work
• Automation Engineering
• Computer Engineering and other relevant engineering qualifications

B. Have a minimum of five (5) O-Level credits or their equivalent. These credits should have been obtained in a single sitting and must include Physics, Mathematics, English Language, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, or Chemistry.

The Technical Skills Development Program will be conducted at the following locations:

• Agbara Factory in Agbara
• Flowergate Factory in Sagamu, Ogun
• Abaji Factory in Abuja
