Job Details:

Main Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, the Database Officer’s primary responsibilities include:

  • Data Management
  • Data Report Design
  • Other Tasks

Detailed Activities:

  • Data Management on Corresponding Forms and Tools: This involves receiving and entering medical data into the mission database, updating and maintaining the database, and reporting any data-related issues.
  • Data Report Design: The officer will update monitoring tools, create relevant graphs to illustrate data trends, and contribute to the design of various studies.
  • Field Monitoring Activities: Routine field monitoring ensures Data Quality Assurance (DQA) and includes periodic Data Quality Audits.
  • Supportive Activities: Overseeing enumerators during surveys, providing technical support, and performing other duties as assigned.
  • Others: Being flexible in duty performance, informing security focal points of security issues, and adapting to emergency relief schedules.

Salary Range: N200,000 – N300,000 per month.
