Management Trainee at Orange Group 2023/2024

As a Management Trainee, you will:

Understudy and understand daily processes and goals of various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales).
Participate in the company’s strategic planning initiatives.
Prepare documents and update records efficiently.
Learn conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings.
Travel to different offices, actively participating in daily operations as required.
Complete assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Take detailed notes and liaise with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
Fulfill requirements and meet goals set at the beginning of the traineeship.
Follow all company regulations, health, and safety codes.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Excellent math and computational ability.
Effective communication skills.
