Management Trainee at Orange Group 2023/2024

As a Management Trainee, you will:

• Understudy and understand daily processes and goals of various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales).
• Participate in the company’s strategic planning initiatives.
• Prepare documents and update records efficiently.
• Learn conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings.
• Travel to different offices, actively participating in daily operations as required.
• Complete assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
• Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Take detailed notes and liaise with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Fulfill requirements and meet goals set at the beginning of the traineeship.
• Follow all company regulations, health, and safety codes.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
• Excellent math and computational ability.
