Go to www.fpno.edu.ng to purchase the screening form for a fee of N2,000
After payment proceed to ndapplication.fpno.edu.ng/Home/Form

The following documents/information are required while filling the form:

O’level Result (WASSCE, NECO & NABTEB).
2019/2020 UTME Score.
JAMB subject combination for the course applied.
