Responsibilities:

As a Travel Centre Agent at Wakanow, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to telephone inquiries related to travel reservations
• Assisting walk-in customers
• Providing expert advice on travel regulations, visa requirements, baggage limits, and safety measures
• Modifying bookings as per clients’ changing needs
