It simply means that stipulated amount to be paid for each candidate by the state to write the WAEC exam was not paid and as a result the results where seized. The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has stated that the results of candidates who are sponsored by states indebted to the council will not be released now until payment is made.
What does Outstanding mean in WAEC Result?
An “outstanding” result can be described as a situation where a student’s mark on his/her subjects is not yet concluded. This can be caused by various factors such as errors made by candidate during registration, an extra answer sheet not being properly attached among others.
