WAEC 2021 Date and Correct Timetable: New dates for 2021 WASSCE exams

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced that the 2021 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) which ought to hold around June, will happen two months after.

Reason for Change in Date of WAEC Exam 2021/2022

WAEC said the change was as a result of their joint decision with the Nigeria Federal Ministry of Education based on the way Covid-19 made the academic calendar to change a bit.

Has 2021 WAEC Exam been cancelled?

The 2021 WAEC/WASSCE exam will still hold this year.

When will WAEC 2021 Examination Start?

According to WAEC, the 2021 exam will start on the 16th of August, 2021 and it will end the following month, by 30th of September, 2021.

WASSCE is the examination which candidates in West Africa countries need to write in other to gain admission into University.
