TSB Recruitment 2023/2024 | Teachers Service Board Application Portal – The State Teachers’ Service Board is embarking on a fresh Teachers’ Recruitment Exercise. This follows the cancellation of the previous process initiated by the Board in 2018/2019. The Kaduna State Teachers’ Service Board invites applications from all eligible and enthusiastic individuals aspiring to build a career in the teaching profession. This opportunity is open for teaching appointments in public secondary schools in Kaduna State.
TSB Recruitment Application Requirements
To qualify for service with the Board, an applicant MUST:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma from a recognized Institution of Higher Learning.
- Be below 50 years of age.
- Possess the NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
- Hold a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. (Eligible for those with these qualifications).
- Be ready and willing to be assigned to any part of the State.
Note
– Having teaching qualifications and certified computer knowledge is an advantage.
– Applicants with skills for research and innovation to support digital learning in the State are strongly encouraged to apply.

TSB Recruitment Requirements for Interview
Applicants who have successfully passed the Computer Based Test must check the interview dates and bring along ALL Original Credentials. These include:
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age,
- Primary School Leaving Certificate,
- Secondary School Certificate,
- Higher Institution Certificate,
- NYSC Certificate,
- Indigenisation,
- TRCN Certificate (for those registered)
- Letter of Employment (for those with teaching experience)
- Computer Certificate (if any)
- and any other relevant document
Applicants invited for the interview should take note of the following:
- Passport MUST be coloured, clear and recent,
- Passport MUST clearly show an applicant face,
- Uploaded Properly (Not rotated in any direction),
