Job Role and Description

As a Catering Management Trainee, your responsibilities includes:

• Shift Management: Make daily decisions, plan, schedule, and maintain standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Food Production: Oversee food production to ensure it meets company standards.
• Customer Experience: Monitor and enhance the dining experience for customers.
• Canteen Crew: Manage and lead the canteen crew.
• Recipe Development: Contribute to product and recipe development.
• Sanitary Practices: Enforce food handling best practices and maintain kitchen and lobby cleanliness.
• Inventory Mastery: Manage restaurant inventory to minimize losses, waste, and stock-outs.
• Client Relations: Foster a harmonious relationship with client representatives.
