Job Role and Description
As a Catering Management Trainee, your responsibilities includes:
- Shift Management: Make daily decisions, plan, schedule, and maintain standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
- Food Production: Oversee food production to ensure it meets company standards.
- Customer Experience: Monitor and enhance the dining experience for customers.
- Canteen Crew: Manage and lead the canteen crew.
- Recipe Development: Contribute to product and recipe development.
- Sanitary Practices: Enforce food handling best practices and maintain kitchen and lobby cleanliness.
- Inventory Mastery: Manage restaurant inventory to minimize losses, waste, and stock-outs.
