Job Title: HR Officer (Female)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Recruitment: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offer letters.
Onboarding: New employee onboarding process implementation, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and setting up employee files.
HRIS management: Maintaining the company’s HR information system (Odoo), including data entry, updating employee information, and generating reports.
Benefits administration: Assisting with benefits enrollment, answering employee questions about benefits, and ensuring accurate payroll deductions.
Support the promotion of inclusion in the workplace in a bid to reinforce Structured Groups’ position as an equal-opportunity employer.
Employee relations: Providing support to employees on HR-related inquiries, complaints, and issues within capacity.
Training and development: Coordinating training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
Compliance: Monitoring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
