Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

Contact customers by phone and email
Answer enquiries
Support sales department with administrative and promotional activities
Telemarketing / customer service
Identify new customers via cold calls
Directing feedbacks from customers to relevant departments

Qualifications

HND / B.Sc Degree
Good inter-personal and customer service skills
Telemarketing / customer service.
2 – 5 years work experience
Previous working experience in sales administration
