Job Title: HSE Superintendent

Location: Rivers

Mission:

Guarantee the continuous improvement of the Company HSE Management System and compliance with the applicable HSE legislation.
Ensure the implementation of the HSE MS within the entire organization.
Promote awareness across the company organization on the HSE MS.

Key Tasks:

Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Company HSE Management System in accordance with applicable policies, standards, legislation, organizational assets, and existing operating procedures.
Design and plan new HSE awareness initiatives across the organization.
Plan and lead the company HSE audits program.
Monitor the evolution of HSE Legislation and supply consultancy to senior management.
Contribute to Company HSE external communication reports development.
Plan and lead the company HSE Management Review meetings.
Lead HSE statistical analysis and report results to senior management.
Promote monitoring activities of the HSE Management System effectiveness.
Liaise with Certification bodies to ensure OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 compliance.
Collaborate with the Procurement Function to define criteria for supplier and subcontractor HSE qualification, selection, and assessment.
Work with the HR Function to identify personnel HSE training needs and develop specific HSE training programs.
Monitor the updating status of the Company HSE document system and provide for new Standards and procedures development.
