NDDC Project Hope Registration Portal. The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has launched an innovative youth development and empowerment initiative, known as Holistic Opportunities, Projects, and Engagement (HOPE).

This scheme aims to establish a comprehensive resources database for the youth in the Niger Delta region, fostering sustainable empowerment. The project was officially flagged off at the NDDC headquarters in Port Harcourt by Dr Samuel Ogbuku, the Commission’s Managing Director.

Requirements for NDDC HOPE Registration
To participate in the NDDC HOPE program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A scanned passport in jpg, png, jpeg format, not exceeding 2 MB.
- Provide a functional Mobile Number for communication.
- Furnish a valid residential address.
- Relevant Certificates (Primary, Secondary, or Diploma).
- Possess a relevant skill or be open to learning a relevant skill set.
- Provide details of a functional Bank Account and Bank Name.
- BVN (Bank Verification Number).

- Upload a Scanned Passport.
- Complete the form with accurate details.
- Crosscheck the information to avoid errors.
- Click on the submit button to finalize your registration.
