Job Description and Responsibilities

• Work with the team to develop operations processes to support mine planning, mineral ore quality, and grade control programs as well as production forecasting
• Ensure good storage of mineral ore and proper recording keeping.
• Organizing warehouse, labeling goods.
• Ensuring all operations adhere to the company procedures, country laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
• Proper mixing of materials.
• Processing, sampling, weighing, and bagging of mineral ore according to company procedure.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. in Mining Engineering, Geology or equivalent preferred but not necessary
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure during high (peak) workloads and balancing conflicting demands of high volume versus the quality of results.
• Ability to work well with others & independently.
• Proven time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Extended hours and shift work may be required from time to time.
• Travel to other Site locations or client locations may be required from time to
• In-depth knowledge of the mining industry and knowledge of minerals like Columbite, Tantalite, Wolframite, Lithium, etc. are necessary.
• The ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization.
• Strong commitment to safety and improvement mindset.
