Job Description
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.

Requirements
- B.Sc / High School Diploma any Managerial / Social Science / Engineering and other relevant Field qualification.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- 2-3 years minimum experience .
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
