There are 3 categories of candidates targeted for this massive recruitment exercise.

1. Graduates Trainee: Maximum age of 27 yrs. Minimum qualification of 2:2 or Upper credit.

2. ⁠The Experience Hire: The bank targets candidates from other commercial banks with skills in retail banking business. Candidates to have first degree or it’s equivalent. Minimum of 3 yrs relevant experience. Prior experience in retail banking is mandatory.

3. Staff of Micro Finance Banks and other financial institutions (e.g. Staff of Insurance companies, Fund Administrators and Mortgage houses etc) : for this category, candidate should not be more than 30yrs of age by 30th June, 2024. Minimum of 1yr experience in sales/marketing in micro finance bank/other financial institutions. A good first degree (minimum of 2:2) or HND (minimum of Upper credit). Excellent communication/presentation skills. High ethical standards.
