CONSKANO Basic Midwifery Admission Form 2023/2024 – Apply Now!
The Kano State College of Nursing Sciences (CONSKANO) announces the release of the Basic Midwifery Admission Form for the academic year 2023/2024. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into the Basic Midwifery Programme for the Schools of Midwifery in Danbatta and Gwarzo. The registration period is scheduled to run from 14th to 16th December 2023.

Application Requirements:
Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Possession of five credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, not more than two sittings (WAEC/NECO).
- NABTEB certification in one sitting.
- Application fee is 10,000 Naira, excluding bank charges, payable at www.conskano.edu.ng.

How to Apply for CONSKANO Basic Midwifery Admission Form 2023/2024
Follow these steps to complete your application:
- Visit the Kano State College of Nursing Sciences Portal at https://applyconskano.edu.ng or conskano.edu.ng.
- Click on the “Apply Here” link to access the online application form.
- Enter a valid email address and click on the Submit button.
- Type in the 8-digit OTP sent to your phone, followed by your email address and click on Submit.
- Provide your personal details, including First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, School you are applying into, specify the program, enter your RN or RM number, and set a password.
- Make the required payment by entering your card details in the displayed payment form.
- Print a payment proof and continue with your application.
- After payment, print out your acknowledgement slip and payment proof, and wait for approval from the school.
- Upon approval, reprint your acknowledgement slip, and check your personalized dashboard for the entrance examination date, venue, and time.
