The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) is your gateway to professional excellence in personnel management. Established in 1968, CIPM has evolved into a chartered institute, and here’s your comprehensive guide on how to register and excel in CIPM exams.

CIPM Registration Portal and Steps to Enroll

1. First, be admitted as a Student Member to write the examination.
2. Apply for Student membership by following these steps:
   • Visit www.cipmnigeria.org
   • Click on ‘Membership’ and select ‘Become a Member’ from the dropdown.
   • Choose ‘Membership by Examination.’
   • Click ‘Apply Now’ and create a new profile.
   • Fill out the form, upload your credentials, and make a payment of N3,000 online.
   • Submit the application; processing takes 48 working hours, and you’ll be notified via email.

For Corps Members:

1. Visit www.cipmnigeria.org
2. Click on ‘Membership’ and then ‘Corpers Application.’
3. Create a new profile, complete the form, make payment, and submit.
4. Once approved, login to the portal, pay the acceptance fee of N6,500, and proceed to register for the examination.

How to Register and Pay for CIPM Exam

1. Open www.cipmnigeria.org
2. Click on “Portal Login” on the home page.
3. Enter your student membership number and password.
4. Change your password if logging in for the first time.
5. Update your profile and ensure your scanned passport photograph is uploaded.
6. Select “Exam Application” from the drop-down menu under “Operations.”
7. Choose the examination year and diet period.
8. Select your Examination Center and Study Center.
9. Choose the payment type: “Interswitch (Mastercard, VISA, Verve)” or “e-Tranzact” to know the amount.
10. Print your examination card containing essential details.
11. Laminate your examination card for future reference.

• Exam Registration: SATURDAY, OCT. 7, 2023 – FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 2023
• Late Registration: SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25 TO SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2023
• Late Registration Fee: N500.00
