- Responsibilities: Monitor financial management and spending in PHC facilities, track program progress and operational activities, verify financial and operational reports, and collaborate with Local Government Health Authorities while maintaining independence in reporting.

- Track receipt of fund disbursement to the PHC
- Monitor and report in-eligible expenditure, including adherence to cash withdrawal limits
- Verify if reported income and expenses accurately reflect on-ground realities
- Support the implementation of corrective action plans based on performance and financial audit as directed by the client
- Monitor and report on the implementation of targeted interventions at the PHCs
- Collect data for routine updates of the PHC database (HRH, equipment, infrastructure and services delivered, etc)
- Form opinion on reported utilisation data and observed facility client traffic and report same for various services.
