Role Positioning and Objectives:

BAT Nigeria is seeking a Global Graduate to join their team in Ibadan. The Global Graduate Programme – Operations is a 12-month fast-track development program designed to groom high-potential fresh graduates and young professionals into future leaders of BAT Operations Team. This program provides a comprehensive understanding of the fast-paced and ever-evolving environment of manufacturing functions, emphasizing safety, responsiveness, efficiency, and creating an integrated global manufacturing team.

This program offers a 12-month, fast-track development path to a management position for high-potential fresh graduates and young professionals. Participants will gain experience in various Operations areas, including manufacturing, planning, logistics, procurement, service, and product innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics with a minimum second-class upper degree
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
No more than 3 years of postgraduate experience
Demonstrated leadership through extra-curricular activities
Globally mobile
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Nigerian National ONLY
