Launched on October 21, 2024, by Governor Umo Eno, the portal serves as a centralized platform connecting Akwa Ibom indigenes to job opportunities, training programs, and empowerment initiatives facilitated by both the state government and the Organized Private Sector (OPS).

• Exclusive Access: The portal is designed specifically for unemployed and underemployed youths who are indigenes of Akwa Ibom State.
• Comprehensive Registration: Users can create personal profiles by providing essential information such as names, passport photographs, contact details, National Identification Numbers (NIN), Voter Identification Numbers (VIN), and educational qualifications. This comprehensive data collection aids employers in verifying applicants’ credentials.
• Diverse Opportunities: The platform offers access to various programs, including the 5,000-youth empowerment initiative, which provides a monthly stipend of ₦50,000 across the state’s 31 local government areas. Additionally, it serves as the official recruitment channel for the Dakkada Skill Acquisition Training Program and the Ibom Community Watch (ICW) recruitment.
