Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive that will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and other marketing strategies to continually increase the Station’s revenue generation.

Job Roles/Responsibilities

Developing, implementing and managing the marketing strategies to continuously increase the company’s market share and profitability.
Drive the vision of the company’s Brand/Marketing.
Carry out digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing or campaign
Draft and submit marketing proposal to corporate organizations
Act as business consultant to our clients
Take advantage of untapped market and non-broadcasting business areas or portfolio for the Station
Do barter sales for the Station when necessary.
Work with the Head of Marketing and the team members to carryout group marketing.
Working in close conjunction and partnership with relevant Media Agencies to close business opportunities.
Identifying marketing delivery gaps and opportunities; develop and execute plans to close the gaps and capitalize on the opportunities.
Leverage on the Station’s visibility to increase the Station’s sales volume
Develop product ideas for various market segments
Carry out any other related task(s) that may be assign by management.

Requirements for Super FM Recruitment for Marketing Executive

HND or First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline from a reputable Institution.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Work experience in a Media Agency or media house, and a good relationship with major Media Agencies in Lagos would be an added advantage.
A member of APCON an added advantage
Must be a pleasant personality, a good team player, excellent communication skills with good knowledge of radio broadcasting business environment.
Must be competent in writing proposals and in carrying out corporate marketing
